      <description>The facts &quot;agve&quot; are what you have stated. The buildings are too old and built to low budgets. The furniture is not ergonomic and designed for optimum learning. The net space allowed per student is minimal (2.1 square metres). The books are old. The computers are recycled. Libraries are degraded compared to the 1960's. Reflective whiteboards have replaced chalkboards with all of their problems. All of this is not the fault of the salaried and poorly paid teachers but that of governments who have maintained funding neutrality for decades</description>
