Sasha Down's curiosity has placed him squarely on the front lines of a technology revolution that threatens to wash over the manufacturing world. The 22-year-old is a development engineer at Norman-based SouthWest Nanotechnologies, which is working to commercialize single wall carbon nanotubes.
